首都社区教育经过40多年的探索和实践，为构建首都学习型城市建设夯实了基础，但仍存在课程资源欠整合、教学质量待提升、“一站式”社区思政待加强等问题。针对以上问题，地方政府、学校、社区、社会组织、企事业单位需要共同努力，在共建共享成果、加强教学监管、建设“泛在协同”思政育人模式等方面汇聚整合优质资源、促进教育质量不断提升，助力首都及全国学习型城市建设。

Abstract:
After more than 40 years of exploration and practice, community education in the capital has laid a solid foundation for building a learning city in the capital. However, there are still problems such as the lack of integration of curriculum resources, the need to improve teaching quality, and the need to strengthen the “one-stop” ideological and political education in communities. In view of the above problems, local governments, schools, communities, social organizations, enterprises and institutions need to work together to integrate high-quality resources, promote the continuous improvement of education quality, and help the capital and the country to build a learning city.
