高校开展老年教育的现状分析与问题考量

摘要：
在人口深度老龄化背景下，老年教育成为教育领域的重要工作。高校积极开展老年教育，对完善终身教育体系、推进积极老龄化战略、大力发展银发经济、构建终身学习型社会及实现老年人自由全面发展具有现实意义。当前，老年群体的生存和发展问题成为社会关注重点。高校开展和积极参与老年教育，是落实国家老年教育和养老服务发展政策的重要举措，是高校履行社会服务责任的重要方式。通过梳理“双一流”高校以及部分地方高校（包括综合高校、地方师范高校、财经类院校）开展老年教育的资料，分析高校开展老年教育的现状并针对性提出相应的改进建议和发展策略。
Analysis of the Present Situation and Consideration of Problems in Carrying out Education for the Elderly in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:
Under the background of deeply aging population, education for the aged has become an important work in the field of education. It is of practical significance for colleges and universities to actively carry out education for the elderly to improve the lifelong education system, promote the active aging strategy, vigorously develop the silver-haired economy, build a lifelong learning society and realize the free and all-round development of the elderly. At present, the survival and development of the elderly group has become the focus of social attention and needs more attention and support. Carrying out or actively participating in the education for the elderly in colleges and universities is an important measure to implement the national policy for the development of education and services for the elderly and an important way for colleges and universities to fulfill their social service responsibilities. By combing the data of “double-first-class” universities and some local universities (including comprehensive universities, local normal universities and financial colleges), the study analyzes the present situation of the elderly education in universities and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and development strategies.
