开放大学双创人才培养的时代内涵与实践路径

培养创新创业人才是新时代高等教育高质量发展的必然选择。基层开放大学作为高等教育体系的组成部分，也应积极探索契合自身办学理念的创新创业人才培养路径。从基层开放大学实际出发，把握其创新创业人才培养的时代内涵，同时明确推进过程中所面临的现实挑战。运用文献研究法与案例研究法，从组织机制、文化建设、师资队伍、课程资源与实践体系五个维度，深入探索基层开放大学创新创业人才培养的实践路径。
The Connotation of the Times and the Practical Path of Cultivating Dual-creative Talents in Open Universities

Abstract:
Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of higher education in the new era. As an integral part of the higher education system, grass-roots open universities should also actively explore ways to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in line with their own school-running ideas. Starting from the reality of the grass-roots open universities, the study grasps the connotation of the times in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and at the same time makes clear the realistic challenges faced in the process of promotion. By using the methods of literature study and case study, it explores the practical path of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in grass-roots open universities from five dimensions: organizational mechanism, cultural construction, teaching staff, curriculum resources and practice system.
