河北省老年教育发展模式的创新和实践探索

摘要：
截至2023年底，河北省已进入中度老龄化社会。随着人口老龄化的加剧，老年教育成为社会关注热点。通过对河北省唐山、石家庄、保定三地老年教育发展模式的对比分析，提出对现有模式进行整合，构建河北老年教育联盟模式，该联盟将由教育行政部门和开放大学协同推进，鼓励社区、行业与企业参与，并通过加强政策支持、整合教育资源、丰富内涵建设、加强宣传推广等策略，推动河北省老年教育高质量发展。
Innovation and Practical Exploration of Elderly Education Development Models in Hebei Province

Abstract:
By the end of 2023, Hebei Province has entered a moderately aging society. With the aggravation of population aging, education for the aged has become a hot spot of social concern. Through the comparative analysis of the elderly education models in Tangshan, Shijiazhuang and Baoding in Hebei Province, the study puts forward the integration of the existing models and the construction of the model of Elderly Education Alliance of Hebei Province. The alliance will be promoted by the education administrative department and the open university in coordination, encouraging the participation of communities, industries and enterprises, and promoting the high-quality development of elderly education in Hebei Province by strengthening policy support, integrating educational resources, enriching connotation construction and strengthening publicity and promotion.
