乡村振兴背景下河北省基层人才培养困境及行动策略

摘要：
乡村振兴战略能够顺利实施的关键是乡村基层人才。乡村基层人才工作在一线，是整个战略的中坚力量。通过建设基于高校教育资源下沉的基层人才培训平台和培训系统，加强对乡村基层人才的政治理论教育，利用高校优秀教学资源，提升乡村基层人才的政治素养和综合素质，培养现代化的乡村管理人才；建立长短结合、线上线下结合、定向和订单式等多元化的培训学习平台建设路径和服务乡村振兴的强大的人才培训系统。提升乡村人才所需专业知识和业务技能，培养乡村建设人才大局和创新等意识，为乡村振兴战略提供必要的人才基础，助推农村事业全面发展。
The Dilemma and Action Strategies of Grassroots Talent Training in Hebei Province in the Context of Rural Revitalization

Abstract:
The key to the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the rural grassroots talents. Rural grassroots talents working in the front line are the backbone of the whole strategy. By building a training platform and training system for grassroots talents based on the sinking of educational resources in colleges and universities, we will strengthen the political theory education for rural grassroots talents, make use of excellent teaching resources in colleges and universities to improve the political literacy and comprehensive quality of rural grassroots talents and cultivate modern rural management talents, establish a diversified training and learning platform construction path that combines long and short, online and offline, orientation and order, and a powerful talent training system that serves rural revitalization; improve the professional knowledge and business skills needed by rural talents, cultivate the awareness of overall situation and innovation of rural construction talents, provide the necessary talent base for rural revitalization strategy, and promote the all-round development of rural undertakings.
