京津冀社会工作协同发展的效能提升原则

摘要：
京津冀协同发展战略实施过程中，面临着多样、复杂的社会问题，三地社会工作部门通过政策制定、机制建设及共同行动计划制订，整体推进社会工作协同发展从顶层设计到实务运作，从省市级协同到地市级协同不断深化。促进京津冀社会工作协同发展的效能提升，面临政策差异、资源配置不合理、协同发展意识不足等挑战，应秉承整体性协同规划、差异化资源配置、策略性互动实施的原则，提升实践效能，促进社会公平正义、推动区域可持续发展。
The Principles for Performance Improvement of Collaborative Development of Social Work in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Abstract:
During the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, there are various and complex social problems. The social work departments of the three places have promoted the overall constant deepening of the coordinated development of social work from top-level design to practical operation, from provincial-level coordination to prefecture-level coordination through policy formulation, mechanism construction and joint action plan formulation. Promoting the efficiency of the coordinated development of social work in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei faces challenges such as policy differences, unreasonable resource allocation and insufficient awareness of coordinated development. We should adhere to the principles of overall collaborative planning, differentiated resource allocation and strategic interactive implementation, improve practical efficiency, promote social fairness and justice and promote regional sustainable development.
