论“主导性和主体性相统一”的实现

摘要：
高校思政课教学要实现“主导性和主体性相统一”首先就必须准确把握教师和学生在其中的角色与地位。从马克思主义实践论分析，高校思政课教学就是一项重要的实践活动，教师必须发挥出主导性，而学生不仅是“教”的客体，同时也是“学”的主体。因此，要真正实现“主导性和主体性相统一”就必须在“相统一”方面下功夫，这就要求我们必须采取有效措施以具体实现。
On the Realization of the “Dialectical Unity of Dominance and Subjectivity”

Abstract:
In order to realize the “dialectical unity of dominance and subjectivity” in the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, we must first accurately grasp the roles and positions of teachers and students. From the analysis of Marxist practice theory, the teaching of ideological and political course in colleges and universities is an important practical activity, and teachers must play a leading role, while students are not only the object of “teaching” but also the subject of “learning”. Therefore, in order to truly realize the “dialectical unity of dominance and subjectivity”, we must work hard on the “dialectical unity”, which requires us to take effective measures to achieve it.
