“双师型”教师是高职院校办学的核心力量,其质量直接关系到职业教育的发展与国家高技能人才的培养。从“新双高”建设的新内涵与新要求分析为起点,深入剖析“新双高”背景下“双师型”师资队伍建设的核心着力点,继而围绕高端人才引进与培养 、校企深度合作育人 、专业研修与培训发展等多个维度,提出“新双高”背景下的“双师型”师资队伍建设的关键路径。

Abstract:
“Dual qualified” teachers are the core force of vocational colleges, their quality directly affects the development of vocational education and the cultivation of high skilled talents in the country. Starting from the analysis of the new connotations and requirements of the “new double high” construction, the study deeply analyzes the core focus of the construction of a “dual qualified” teaching staff under the background of the “new double high”. Then, focusing on multiple dimensions such as the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents, deep cooperation between schools and enterprises in education, professional training and development, the key path for the construction of a “dual qualified” teaching staff under the background of the “new double high” is proposed.
