国开家政平台助力基地家政服务业发展探析

当今社会，家政服务业的需求呈现出爆发式增长，但家政服务人员的专业素养和技能水平难以满足消费者日益多样化、高品质的服务需求。国家开放大学抢抓机遇，适时推出家政服务专业，并利用国开家政平台丰富的课程资源、多元且专业的师资队伍、权威的认证体系为学员提供培训和资格鉴定服务。实训基地家政服务专业利用国开家政平台，采用线上线下融合的培训模式，理论知识学习以线上学习为主，实际操作练习以实训基地线下学习为主，学习方式灵活，以更专业化、智能化和多元化的标准，满足社会日益增长的家政服务需求，开创家政服务人才培养与行业发展新局面。
Analysis on the Development of Domestic Service Industry in the Base Assisted by the Domestic Service Platform of the Open University of China

Abstract:
In today’s society, the demand for domestic service industry is growing explosively, but the professional quality and skill level of domestic service personnel can hardly meet the increasingly diversified and high-quality service needs of consumers. The Open University of China seized the opportunity to launch the major of domestic service in a timely manner, and provided training and qualification services for students by using the rich curriculum resources, diverse and professional teachers and authoritative certification system of the domestic service platform of the Open University of China. The domestic service major in the training base uses the domestic service platform of China Development Bank and adopts the online and offline integration training mode. The theoretical knowledge learning is mainly based on online learning, while the practice is mainly based on offline learning in the training base. The learning methods are flexible, and the standards are more professional, intelligent and diversified to meet the growing domestic service demand of the society and create a new situation in the cultivation of domestic service talents and industry development.
