高职院校资助育人“四横八纵”工作机制实施路径

摘要:
高职院校资助育人工作随着教育理念革新与社会发展不断演进。“四横八纵”工作机制作为一种创新的资助育人模式,不仅仅关注学生的经济困难,更注重学生的全面发展,以全方位、多层次、立体化的资助育人工作网络,不断提高资助育人工作的规范性和精准性。在帮助学生解决经济问题的同时,提升学生的综合素质和能力,为高职院校的资助育人工作提供了新的思路和方法。

Implementation Path of “Four Horizontal and Eight Vertical” Working Mechanism for Subsidizing and Educating People in Vocational Colleges

Abstract:
The work of subsidizing and educating people in higher vocational colleges has been evolving with the innovation of educational ideas and social development. As an innovative mode of subsidizing and educating people, the working mechanism of “four horizontals and eight verticals” not only pays attention to students’ economic difficulties, but also pays attention to their all-round development. With an all-round, multi-level and three-dimensional network of subsidizing and educating people, the standardization and accuracy of subsidizing and educating people are continuously improved. While helping students to solve economic problems, improving students’ comprehensive quality and ability provides new ideas and methods for subsidizing education in higher vocational colleges.
