西柏坡时期党领导妇女解放运动的实践探索及经验启示

摘要：
西柏坡时期是中国共产党推进妇女解放运动的重要阶段，这一时期的实践探索为当代中国妇女事业发展提供了重要镜鉴。在实践层面，党从重视政治赋权、鼓励劳动解放、健全法律保障、开展组织建设等维度构建起妇女解放路径。这一时期的妇女解放运动，在“政党领导”“立足实际”“法制建设”“主体塑造”等方面积累了重要经验，对于推动新时代妇女工作高质量发展具有重要的启示意义。
Practical Exploration and Experience Enlightenment of the Party Leading the Women’s Liberation Movement during the Xibaipo Period

Abstract:
Xibaipo period is an important stage for the CPC to promote the women’s liberation movement, and the practical exploration of this period provides an important mirror for the development of contemporary Chinese women’s cause. On the practical level, the Party has constructed the path of women’s liberation from the following dimensions: attaching importance to political empowerment, encouraging labor liberation, improving legal protection, and carrying out organizational construction. The women’s liberation movement during this period has accumulated important experience in various aspects as “the Party leadership”, “based on reality”, “legal construction”, and “subject shaping”, which has important enlightening significance for promoting the high-quality development of women’s work in the new era.
