终身教育视域下高校思政教学的优化路径

摘要：
在构建服务全民终身学习教育体系的战略背景下，高校思政教学正面临从阶段性育人向终身教育支持的重要转向。在理论层面、实践层面以及价值层面，都有必要以终身教育为导向，优化高校思政教学。因此，应当在把握当前终身教育理念导向下高校思政教学现状的基础上，明晰现有教学实践基础以及高校思政教学在理念、内容方法、评价机制及协同育人方面存在的提升空间，以理念定位为先导、以内容优化为核心、以方法创新为突破、以评价改进为保障、以协同生态为支撑、以师资发展为根基，系统推进高校思政教学与终身教育的深度协同，最终服务于培养德才兼备时代新人的目标。
Exploration of the Optimization Path of Ideological and Political Education in Universities from the Perspective of Lifelong Education

Abstract:
Under the strategic background of building a lifelong learning education system serving the whole people, ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing an important shift from staged education to lifelong education support. It is necessary to optimize ideological and political education in colleges and universities with lifelong education as orientation in theory, practice and value. Therefore, on the basis of grasping the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the guidance of the concept of lifelong education, we should clarify the existing teaching practice foundation and the room for improvement in the concept, content method, evaluation mechanism and collaborative education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, take the concept orientation as the guide, content optimization as the core, method innovation as the breakthrough, evaluation improvement as the guarantee, collaborative ecology as the support and teacher development as the foundation, and systematically promote the deep coordination between ideological and political education and lifelong education in colleges and universities, and ultimately serve the goal of cultivating new people with both ability and political integrity.
