乡村振兴背景下开放教育人才培养途径——以河北开放大学“一村一”计划下村“两委”干部培养为例

乡村振兴，人才是关键，村“两委”干部作为乡村振兴的“领头雁”，是组织振兴和产业振兴的核心力量。为进一步提升教育服务乡村振兴的能力和水平，以河北开放大学体系村“两委”干部培养为例，通过问卷调查分析开放大学体系在村“两委”干部培养过程中存在的突出问题。针对问题，总结出完善村“两委”干部培养体系、创新村“两委”干部培养模式、积极探索特色人才教学模式、完善学分银行制度等有效培养途径，为开放大学系统开放教育人才培养提供实践参考。
Approaches to Cultivate Talents in Open Education under the Background of Rural Revitalization ——A Case Study of the Training of Village “Two Committees” Cadres under the “One Student per Village” Program of Hebei Open University

Abstract:
Talent is the key to rural revitalization. As the “leading geese” of rural revitalization, village “two committees” cadres are the core forces of organizational revitalization and industrial revitalization. In order to further improve the capacity and level of education in serving rural revitalization, taking the training of cadres of the “two committees” in Hebei Open University system as an example, the study analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the training process of cadres of the “two committees” in the open university system through questionnaires. In view of the problems, this paper summarizes some effective training approaches, such as perfecting the training system of village “two committees” cadres, innovating the training mode of village “two committees” cadres, actively exploring the teaching mode of characteristic talents, and perfecting the credit bank system, which provides practical reference for the training of open education talents in the open university system.
