数字伦理视域下思政课场景化教学的伦理风险解构与防控

随着教学平台对学生行为数据的深度采集、算法对内容分发逻辑的主导权日益上升,原本以价值引领为核心的课程目标正在遭遇技术逻辑的系统性干扰,隐私边界模糊、内容导向漂移、教学责任链条断裂等伦理风险频发,制度建设滞后、平台治理机制缺失以及师生数字伦理意识薄弱等问题日益凸显。针对这一现实挑战,从数字伦理视角出发,系统梳理思政课场景教学中的风险类型,剖析其根源机制,并从重塑伦理内嵌的教学流程设计机制、建立平台责任明晰的数据与算法管理机制、设立伦理评价与申诉制度的闭环监督机制、重建师生数字伦理素养与教学价值认同等方面搭建伦理风险的防控体系,可以推动教学场景的伦理重构与育人价值回归。
Deconstruction and Prevention of Ethical Risks in Scene Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses from the Perspective of Digital Ethics

Abstract:
With the in-depth collection of students behavior data by the teaching platform and the increasing dominance of the algorithm in content distribution logic, the curriculum objectives originally centered on value guidance are being systematically interfered by technical logic, and ethical risks such as vague privacy boundaries, content-oriented drift and broken teaching responsibility chain are frequent, and problems such as lagging system construction, lack of platform governance mechanism and weak digital ethics awareness of teachers and students are increasingly prominent. In view of this realistic challenge, from the perspective of digital ethics, this paper systematically sorts out the types of risks in the scene teaching of ideological and political courses, analyzes their root causes, and builds a prevention and control system of ethical risks from the aspects of reshaping the teaching process design mechanism embedded in ethics, establishing the data and algorithm management mechanism with clear platform responsibilities, establishing the closed-loop supervision mechanism of ethical evaluation and appeal system, and rebuilding the digital ethical literacy and teaching value recognition of teachers and students, which can promote the ethical reconstruction of teaching scenes and the return of educational value.
