开放教育环境下学生心理健康教育协同育人体系构建

摘要:
依据国家关于终身教育与心理健康服务的政策导向,结合开放教育发展的实际需求,应依托开放大学、社区学院等教育机构,整合社区卫生服务中心、专业心理咨询机构、企事业单位等社会力量,构建一个多层次、立体化的心理健康支持网络,推动形成协同育人体系。在构建过程中,须重点明确各方参与主体的具体职责和功能定位,建立规范化、常态化的沟通协调机制,设计合理的资源共享模式,形成动态适应的心理健康教育运作模式。这种协同育人体系将明显扩大开放教育心理健康服务的覆盖范围,提高干预效果,对学生心理素质提升和全面发展具有重要作用。

Construction of Collaborative Education System for Student Mental Health Education in Open Education Environment

Abstract:
According to the national policy guidance on lifelong education and mental health service, combined with the actual needs of the development of open education, we should rely on open universities, community colleges and other educational institutions, integrate community health service centers, professional psychological counseling institutions, enterprises and institutions and other social forces, build a multi-level and three-dimensional mental health support network, and promote the formation of a collaborative education system. In the process of construction, it is necessary to focus on the specific responsibilities and functional orientation of all participants, establish a standardized and normalized communication and coordination mechanism, design a reasonable resource sharing model, and form a dynamic adaptive mental health education operation model. This collaborative education system will obviously expand the coverage of mental health services in open education, improve the intervention effect, and play an important role in improving student, psychological quality and all-round development.
