数字赋能高校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式的构建

摘要：
面对数字技术对高校管理领域的深刻影响，“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式逐渐成为提升学生管理工作水平的重要举措。该模式具有服务向基层延伸、管理以网格为单位、服务资源有效集成、流程简化便捷和反馈渠道即时畅通等特征，该模式的构建对践行“三全育人”理念、实现高校育人目标和落实“一线规则”具有重要意义，但当前面临党建工作有待提升、育人力量有待加强、学生共识有待提高、保障体系有待完善、跨部门服务协同效率有待提高等现实挑战。基于数字赋能视角，可通过建设智慧党建平台、整合数字育人资源、促进学生共建共享、完善智能保障体系以及搭建跨部门数字协同平台等路径，为高校提升“一站式”学生社区管理效能提供参考。
Digital Empowerment in the Construction of a “One-stop” Student Community Comprehensive Management Mode in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:
Facing the profound influence of digital technology on the management field of colleges and universities, the “one-stop” student community comprehensive management model has gradually become an important measure to improve the level of student management. This model has the characteristics of service extending to the grassroots level, grid-based management, effective integration of service resources, simplified and convenient process and smooth feedback channels. The construction of this model is of great significance for practicing the concept of “three-wholeness education”, realizing the educational goal of colleges and universities and implementing the “first-line rule”. However, at present, it currently faces practical challenges, such as party building work needs to be improved, educational strength needs to be strengthened, students’ consensus needs to be improved, security system needs to be improved, and inter-departmental service coordination efficiency needs to be improved. From a digital empowerment perspective, pathways such as developing smart Party building platforms, integrating digital educational resources, promoting student participation and co-creation, improving intelligent support systems, and establishing cross-departmental digital collaboration platforms can provide references for universities to enhance the effectiveness of “one-stop” student community management.
