辅导员与大学生言语交流方式的区隔现象及其形成机制

基于布迪厄区隔理论,选取高校辅导员与大学生言语交流的真实案例作为研究样本,从场域特征、资本特征、惯习特征和策略特征四个维度,分析辅导员与大学生言语交流的区隔现象及其形成机制。研究发现,辅导员与大学生言语交流存在明显的场域区隔、资本区隔、惯习区隔和策略区隔,这些区隔既反映了辅导员群体的内部差异,也体现了不同交流情境下的适应性选择。研究结果为优化辅导员言语交流方式提供了理论参考和实践启示。
The Phenomenon of Distinction in Language Communication between Counselors and College Students and Its Formation Mechanism

Abstract:
Based on Bourdieu’s theory of distinction, the study selects real cases of verbal communication between university counselors and college students as research samples. It analyzes the phenomenon of distinction and its formation mechanisms in verbal communication between counselors and students from four dimensions: field characteristics, capital characteristics, habitus characteristics, and strategic characteristics. The study finds significant distinctions in terms of field, capital, habitus, and strategy in the verbal communication between counselors and college students. These distinctions reflect internal differences within the counselor group and also embody adaptive choices in different communication contexts. This research provides theoretical references and practical insights for optimizing counselors’ verbal communication methods.
