妇女社会动员、婚姻自由与中共革命——红色苏区婚姻制度变革的考察

摘要：
土地革命战争中前期，苏维埃政权为动员广大妇女参加革命，采取以保障婚姻自由权利为主要内容的有效措施，但婚姻绝对自由的政策引起婚姻中男子的不满和抵触，破坏了家庭、社会甚至军队的稳定，不利于革命，苏维埃政府及时调整并颁布统一、规范、科学的婚姻法规，向实现真正的"婚姻自由"回归，动员了广大妇女，使之为革命作出巨大贡献。
Women's Social Mobilization,Marriage Freedom and Chinese Communist Revolution:Inspection of the Marriage System Change in the Red Soviet Area

Abstract:
Before the middle period of the Agrarian Revolutionary War,in order to extensively arouse women to take part in the revolution,the Soviet regime took the effective measures with the main contents of protecting the marriage freedom and rights.But the policy of absolute marriage freedom in the Soviet region lead to man's discontent and conflict and hit the stability of families,the society and the army,which was against the revolution.The Soviet government promptly adjusted and issued the uniform,standard and scientific marriage laws,returning to the real "marriage freedom",which effectively mobilized masses of women,and allow them to make great contributions to the revolution.
