《战前及沦陷期间华北经济调查》尘封60余年之后，由香港中文大学郑会欣教授发现。郑先生以史家特有的敏锐眼光，对此资料的线索进行了考证并确定其独特价值。天津市档案局、天津古籍出版社与郑先生积极互动，使该资料很快问世，嘉惠学林，为中国近代史料的挖掘、整理和出版提供了经典范例。
Reflections on Modern Historical Excavations from a North China Economic Survey

Abstract:
Economic Surveys of Northern China Before and During Japanese Occupation was found,after being under covered for about sixty years,by professor Zheng Huixin of Chinese University of Hong Kong.With the insight of a historian,Mr.Zheng documented the clues of the surveys and proved its unique value.Tianjin Archives Gallery,Tianjin Ancient Books Publishing House and Mr.Zheng collaborated actively,making this material coming out soon,which benefits the academia and provides a typical case for the discovery,collation and publishing of Chinese modern historical materials.
