摘要：
2014年度全英学生调查结果表明，英国开放大学课程质量总体满意度排名比去年又有所下降。自从2005年开始这项调查以来，英国开放大学的排名呈现持续下降的趋势。这种趋势虽不能影响对英国开放大学所取得成就的评价，但在某种程度上可能反映出开放大学课程质量存在问题或潜在风险，也可能说明调查本身存在不确定性。
On the Declining Trend of Overall Satisfaction of the NSSS to the Course of the Open University of the UK

Abstract:
National Students Satisfaction Survey of the UK in 2014 shows that the overall satisfaction about the quality of course of the Open University of the UK has come down compared with the ranking of last year.This declining trend is unlikely to attract negative comment towards the OUUK's achievements but on some level indicates the existence of potential risks.On the other hand,there might be some uncertainty in the survey itself.
