日本放送大学教学质量保证案例研究

摘要：
作为一所面向成人开展远程教育的高等教育机构,为保证教学质量,日本放送大学制定了针对性强、易理解和可操作的人才培养目标,明确了专业和课程的建设标准。为确保教学质量,日本放送大学建立了相应的组织机构和团队,制定了相应的保障措施,并采取切实可行的评估方式监控教学质量。除此之外,日本放送大学还充分利用教育评估机构对学校进行的常规性的专业或非专业评估机会,促进学校教学质量的保证和提升。
Case Study on Teaching Quality Assurance of the Open University of Japan

Abstract:
The Open University of Japan,as a distance educational institution of higher education for adults,has developed good targeted,easy to understand and operational personnel training goals and a set of standards for program and curriculum.In order to ensure the quality of teaching,it has established the corresponding organization and teams,formulated the corresponding quality assurance measures and adopt-ed feasible evaluation way of monitoring the quality of teaching.In addition,the Open University has made full use of the routine of school professional or non-professional assessment opportunity of the education appraisal institution to promote the school teaching quality assurance and improvements.
