抗战胜利后,国民政府对收复区各级学校教员学生实施教育甄审。该政策在青岛推行后,引发教员和学生恐慌与不满。1945年12月,青岛文德女中教员费筱芝在街头张贴反甄审标语时,遭军誊枪杀,酿成轰动一时的"费筱芝惨案"。惨案发生后,教员、学生与国民党当局围绕善后问题展开博弈。"费筱芝惨案"激化了青岛地区的反甄审运动,令政府大失人心。
The Process of Fei Xiaozhi Incident in Qingdao after the Anti-Japanese War

Abstract:
After the Anti-Japanese War,the National Government examined the teachers and students of the reoccupied areas.When the policy was carried out in Qingdao,it caused panic and discontent among the teachers and students.Fei Xiaozhi,a teacher of Bonaventure Girl's High School,was gunned down by the police,when she was putting up slogans on the street in December,1945,which caused the "Fei xi-aozhi Incident" that shocked the whole nation.After the incident,teachers and students gamed with the KMT authorities in dealing with the aftermath issue.The Fei Xiaozhi Incident intensified the counter-ex-amination movement in Qingdao,which made the government unpopular.
