摘要：
社会保障工作的开展需要有大量的物质资源作为基础。在抗日战争时期，晋察冀边区政府为了保证社会保障的基金来源，积极发展生产，保障群众基本生活，同时积极建立合理的税收政策，保障财政收入。整理公产，充裕抗战经费。精兵简政，节省开支。征集救国公粮、救国公债，支援抗战。开展募捐和献金运动，救济灾民贫民。通过这些途径筹措社会保障基金，为边区社会保障工作的顺利开展提供了充足的资金来源。
The Sources of Social Security Funds in the Jinchaji Border Area during the Anti-Japanese War

Abstract:
The development of social security needs a large amount of material resources.During the anti-Japanese war,in order to ensure the social security fund sources,the government of the Jinchaji border area actively established a reasonable tax policy to protect the financial revenue and developed production actively,ensuring the basic life of the masses.The government organized public assets to supply the ample funds of war,bettered troops and simplified administration,cut costs.collected salvage food,saved the country bonds and supported the war.It also carried out fundraising and donation campaign to alleviate the poor.Through these means it provided an adequate source of funding to raise social security funds for the smooth development of border social security.
