中国企业对外直接投资对国内就业的影响分析

摘要：
对外直接投资是否降低了国内就业，这是当前社会各界关注的热点问题。基于配对基础上的双重差分模型研究发现：总体上看，没有明显证据说明中国企业对外直接投资会减少其国内的就业；但是具体来看，不同类型的对外直接投资对国内就业产生不同的影响。其中生产型对外直接投资会明显降低国内就业，而其他类型的对外直接投资并不能降低国内就业。
Analysis of the Impact of Chinese Enterprises' Foreign Direct Investment on Domestic Employment

Abstract:
Whether foreign direct investment has reduced domestic employment is a hot topic of concern to the community at present.Based on the pairing based double differential model,the study finds that there is no clear evidence that Chinese enterprises'foreign direct investment has decreased the domestic employment.But specifically,different types of foreign direct investment have different effects on domestic employment.The production-oriented foreign direct investment will significantly reduce domestic employment,while other types of foreign direct investment can not reduce domestic employment.
