多元教学方法与民法思维能力的培养

摘要:
民法思维能力在法律专业学习中有着极其重要的地位和作用,它是判定民法学教学成功与否的重要标准和必然归宿。单一的教学方法都有其片面性与局限性,均不足以支撑教学目的的完成。构建一个多元化的教学方法体系,对学生民法思维能力的养成有着重要意义和价值。
Multiple Teaching Method and the Cultivation of Civil Law Thinking Ability

Abstract:
The ability of civil law thinking plays an extremely important role in the study of legal profession.It is an important criterion and an inevitable destination for the success of civil law teaching.The single teaching method has its one sidedness and limitations,and it is not enough to support the completion of teaching purpose.The construction of a diversified teaching method system is of great significance and value to the development of students'thinking ability in civil law.
